Ordering & Shipping Policies

Ordering Online:

Orders can be placed through our website using the automated system if you wish to pay via credit card or PayPal. To place an order, click the "Purchase" button next to an item. You will then be taken to your online shopping cart. Clicking the "checkout" button will finalize your order and begin the payment process.

Payment via Credit Card:
During the checkout portion, you may select to pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard,or CUP). At the end of the checkout, you will be directed to a secure page where you may enter your card information. We DO NOT store credit card information in our database. Note: Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot make changes to addresses after an order has been placed. All orders are shipped to the address as it appears on the invoice.

International Shipping:

International orders may be placed online. Independent shipping charge will be applied. The shipping charge will be shown on the order page once you input the shipping country. If your country is not listed in the online checkout, you may email our support department through our contact page.. International orders shipped usually take 7-14 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country.. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to Hong Kong. All delivery times stated on our website are averages and may vary from country to country.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment. Most of our domestic orders normally takes an additional 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Based on these estimates, you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 5 business days of placing the order. Packages will be marked from "Grace Time Asia" and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location.
